Clements are proud to be recruiting for a growing Air Conditioning & HVAC business in Nottingham, backed by a successful group of sister companies. With continued investment and a strong pipeline of commercial projects, our client is looking to bring in a Contracts Manager — however, they’re equally open to an experienced Project Manager who can step up into the role with training, mentoring and support.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be involved in the delivery of commercial AC and ASHP projects across the Midlands and the wider UK — from tender through to handover — ensuring quality, performance, compliance and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and wider engineering function, helping to grow a professional, reputable and scalable AC/HVAC operation.
