This is a key role supporting the Contracts Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites, while also managing customer care, additional works, and variations. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong site background who enjoys a mix of supervision, coordination, and hands-on leadership.

What you'll be doing: · Supporting the Contracts Manager with planning and coordination of daily works · Supervising direct labour and subcontractors on site · Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards · Managing customer care tasks, variations, and additional works · Attending site and client meetings and ensuring excellent client service

What we're looking for: · Experience in landscaping or construction site environments · Supervisory or foreman-level experience · Strong communication and organisational skills · Full UK Driving Licence - company van provided
