Overview:
First Military Recruitment are seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor on behalf of one of our clients, to join a well-established industry services provider supporting water utilities and the petrochemical sector. The company specialises in media refurbishment and related field operations across the UK.
This role includes both site-based and office-based responsibilities, ensuring that contracts are delivered efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be based near our clients Kettering Head Office and open to frequent travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
Candidates from an ex-military background are encouraged to apply, but all qualified candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise the execution of contracts on-site with a strong focus on health and safety compliance. Manage site staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Maintain communication with clients to ensure expectations are met and issues are resolved.
