My client, a leading technology company and specialist in the design, build, support and management of the UK’s critical digital infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect – Control Room Technology to support the onboarding of Emergency Services Control Room systems onto the Emergency Services Network (ESN). This is a critical role in a national transformation programme that modernises public safety communications across Fire, Police, and Ambulance services.

As an ESN SME, you'll be at the forefront of control room integration—ensuring smooth technical alignment, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery of key onboarding milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical integration of Control Room systems with the ESN. Serve as a subject matter expert on ESN and Airwave technologies. Define and communicate interface requirements, configuration protocols, and end-to-end testing procedures. Work directly with User Organisations, Control Room system vendors, and the Home Office to resolve onboarding and integration issues.
