Our Opportunity to Deliver the Nation’s Security.Salary: £53,000 - 76,000Role Clearance Type: You must be able to gain and maintain the relevant UK Government clearance in line with the job role (SC)Location: Burlington House, New Malden, Kingston-Upon-Thames, London, United Kingdom.About Your Opportunity:Work on cutting-edge technology and capabilities whilst applying Control Systems Engineering techniques in a very specific fashion on strategically important National Defence Programmes.To provide PLC engineering excellence as a member of the Control Systems Software team, delivering software design and development expertise for maritime control and instrumentation systems.Your Responsibilities:Produce technical documentation in accordance with company/customer proceduresSpecify and design solutions for PLC control systemsDevelop PLC software from multiple design formats such as Block Diagrams, Flow Charts or Pseudo CodeValidate software designs through analysis and testComply with company standards of conduct and all relevant statutory requirementsYour Experience:Design and integration of large scale PLC Control SystemsProven experience with Siemens or Rockwell PLC systemsExperience of Fault Tolerant, High Availability and Safety Integrated PLC SolutionsExperience of Industrial Communication protocols and networking standardsDegree, HND, HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic engineering or a related discipline e.g. C&I engineering, Systems engineeringHow to Apply:Interested in our opportunity?
