In this role you will be responsible for ensuring quality of products and adherence to line processing and packaging plans. Week 1 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun Week 2 : Wed, ThursKey responsibilities: Supervise and control production resources to achieve targets. Ensure high standards of food quality and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements. Monitor and maintain efficiency across production processes Report and escalate any issues affecting production performance. Lead by example and promote a strong culture of safety and teamwork.Health & Safety responsibilities: Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times. Report any hazards, unsafe practices, or incidents immediately.
