Job Title: Conversion Officer Department: Recruitment and Business Development Location: Derby Reports To: Head of Business Development Role Overview The UKMC Conversion Team Member is responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end conversion process of candidates into fully compliant and deployable staff. This role ensures that all candidates meet regulatory, organizational, and clientspecific requirements while delivering a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
