As the Divisional Legal Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and inspiring a dedicated team responsible for delivering exceptional conveyancing services across new‑build sales, part‑exchange, and a range of related transactions. Responsibilities
Lead a high‑performing in‑house conveyancing team. Manage and inspire a dedicated team responsible for delivering exceptional conveyancing services. Oversee a team of 14 professionals, driving excellence, efficiency, and a customer‑focused approach across all operations. Cultivate a motivated, collaborative, and high‑achieving team environment ensuring outstanding outcomes for internal stakeholders and clients.
What You’ll Bring
Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, with strong expertise in Property Law and residential conveyancing. Proven experience managing and developing large teams in busy, fast‑moving environments. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring, training, and empowering others to excel.
