Conveyancer - Hornsea

A long established and highly regarded law firm in Hornsea is looking to strengthen its property team with the appointment of an experienced Conveyancer.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n

\n\t
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
\n

\n\t
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title checks and dealing with enquiries
\n

\n\t
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction
\n

About You

\n\t
• You will have solid residential conveyancing experience, ideally handling your own files from start to finish
\n

\n\t
• Strong client care and communication skills are essential
\n

\n\t
• You'll be well organised, detail focused and confident working independently within a supportive team
\n
