Residential Conveyancer – West Midlands

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive team!

Its dedicated conveyancing team operates across multiple offices, handling both locally referred and national conveyancing matters. The firm fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment where teamwork and support are at the heart of everything it does.

The Role:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will take immediate responsibility for a varied caseload of residential property matters.

You'll manage your own files with minimal supervision, supported by a skilled legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a progressive firm with a modern approach to conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Liaising with Clients, Estate Agents, Lenders and other Solicitors
• Ensuring all files are handled efficiently and compliantly
• Contributing to the supportive, collaborative team environment

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• At least two years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
• The ability to work independently and handle a diverse caseload
• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
