Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working with one of the Midlands leading law firms supporting their search for an experienced Conveyancer for the New Build / Plot Sales team.

The firm specialises in working with property developers both large and small through the whole development process from site acquisition, site set up, development & plot sales.

Their clients range from small local developers with a small number of units to sell to large national developers with hundreds of units being released at a time.

If you are an experienced Conveyancer with Plot Sales or Part Exchange knowledge and have experience of…

Liaising with developer clients on a daily basis - chasing for information and documentation.
Preparing contract packs
Setting up legal packs
Handling pre-contract enquiries
Managing exchange of contracts
Preparing Bills.
Undertaking Land Registry Applications

To be successful in this role you should have significant as a Conveyancer (Plots Sales or Part Exchange)
