Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied residential caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Handle matters from instruction to completion with proactive, timely communication
• Prepare and review legal documentation, order searches, investigate titles and progress matters through to exchange and completion
• Provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client
• Work collaboratively across multiple offices to maintain consistent and high-quality service
