Temporis Legal Recruitment are working with a highly regarded Yorkshire based firm who are looking for a new addition to their residential conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Independent management of a varied caseload that includes sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, newbuilds and transfers of equity
    • \n\t
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
    • \n\t
  • Maintaining excellent client accessibility and communication
    • \n\t
  • Ensuring good financial management of files
    • \n
\n\n

Candidate Profile

\n\n
    \n\t
  • At least 2 or 3 years of proven experience in residential conveyancing
    • \n\t
  • Strong technical skills across all aspects of residential property transactions
    • \n\t
  • Committed to client care and high professional standard
    • \n\t
  • Experience working with quality standards, such as Lexcel and CQS, is desirable
    • \n
