Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Whitchurch, nr. Basingstoke, Hampshire | Full-Time, Office-Based | Salary: £25,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

What we're looking for:
Experience in a conveyancing department
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
Confident use of online portals; familiarity with Land Registry and Companies House processes a plus
Your role:
Assist with residential property transactions
Update case progress on online portals
Support exchange and completion procedures
Submit filings to Companies House
Manage leasehold tasks
Ensure compliance with lender requirements and file archiving
Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
