This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established plots conveyancing team acting for some of the UKs most prominent residential developers and housebuilders. The role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced yet supportive environment where quality of service and strong client relationships are highly valued. The Role You will play a key role in supporting major residential development clients with the sale of new build plots, managing a varied caseload and working closely with developers and their sales teams. The role will involve handling a full range of plot conveyancing matters, including transactions involving a variety of purchasing schemes. You will work as part of a collaborative and experienced team, supporting the smooth progression of plot sales across multiple developments. Key responsibilities will include: Managing your own caseload of plot sale transactions from instruction through to completion.
