As Conveyancing Head of Department, you’ll guide and support your team, ensure clients receive an outstanding service, and help drive the department’s operational, financial, and overall success within the firm.

Responsibilities for this Conveyancing Head of Department role:
Manage, supervise and support your team, including recruitment, one-to-ones, appraisals, setting objectives and overseeing performance against agreed targets. Monitor case handling standards, ensuring client demands are met, cases progress appropriately and complex or high-profile matters receive the right level of guidance.
