Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer: This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive property team in Bracknell. The role offers a salary of £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) plus company pension, discretionary bonus scheme, hybrid working, CPD support, parking facilities, and annual salary reviews.

\nConveyancing Lawyer — Position Overview:

\nManage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and related matters. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department and other fee earners, supported by a team of legal assistants.
