This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the Property department.

- Sales and purchases \n\t
- Remortgages \n\t
- Transfers of equity \n\t
- Freehold and leasehold matters \n
Requirements for this Conveyancing Lawyer role:

- Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer from 1 years + PQE within the area of Residential Conveyancing \n\t
- Works well under pressure \n\t
- Excellent client care skills \n\t
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach \n\t
- Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language \n\t
- Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload \n\t
- IT literate \n
