This well-established law firm is looking to bolster its conveyancing team and add a senior conveyancer to lead strategically, share technical expertise & have a real influence on the already very successful department & team.

The Role:

• This is an important role and you will be involved in strategy and firm growth 
• Lead and support a team 
• Oversee quality and compliance across the teams transactions  
• Lead on complex property transactions, including auction work and provide strategic guidance 
• Build and nurture strong industry relationships 

What do you need?

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
• At least 5 years PQE within residential conveyancing
• To be a strategic leader ideally with management and business development experience 
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams
