We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our busy property team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing solicitors with administrative tasks, client communications, and case management, ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Providing secretarial support to conveyancing solicitors, including drafting letters, emails, and legal documents. Managing client files and maintaining accurate records. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties. Assisting with the preparation and completion of property transactions. Handling post-completion documentation and following up on outstanding matters. Managing diary appointments, scheduling meetings, and supporting workflow within the team. Requirements: Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within a conveyancing or property team. Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and terminology is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
