Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full administrative support to our conveyancing solicitors.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, letters, and contracts related to residential and commercial property transactions.
- Managing client communications and responding promptly to queries.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved in property transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a conveyancing secretary or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
