Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support to our conveyancing solicitors.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, letters, and contracts related to residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Managing client communications and responding promptly to queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved in property transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a conveyancing secretary or in a similar legal support role.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
