Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal

to join a well established and highly respected law firm with a strong presence in residential property. You will play a key role supporting experienced Conveyancing Solicitors handling a varied caseload of residential property matters. As a Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal, you will: Provide full secretarial support to Conveyancing Solicitors.

Prepare legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.

Manage files from instruction through to completion.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, and third parties.

Handle Land Registry forms and SDLT submissions.

Manage diaries, appointments, and key dates.

Assist with file opening and compliance procedures.

Ensure smooth day to day progression of conveyancing matters.

The Work

You will support a busy residential conveyancing caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Transfers of equity

Remortgages

New build transactions

Help to Buy matters

To be considered for this Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal role, you will have: Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal.

Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes.
