Conveyancing Secretary, Belfast city centre, £Neg Overview: Our client, a well-established medium-sized solicitors firm in Belfast, is seeking an experienced and professional Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. The role offers excellent exposure to conveyancing work. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and busy legal environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the conveyancing team. Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and correspondence. Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Liaise with clients, colleagues, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines for solicitors. Ensure compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements. Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or in a similar legal secretarial role. Excellent typing, drafting, and proofreading skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
