Conveyancing Paralegal – Established, Reputable Law Firm – Altrincham

\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established, highly regarded law firm in Altrincham. 
\nYou’ll be working alongside an experienced team of conveyancers and solicitors, supporting them on a wide range of transactions. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in conveyancing and wants to work for a firm that offers ongoing training and development.

\nKey Responsibilities

\n\t
• Assisting on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
\n\t
• Preparing documentation and drafting contracts
\n\t
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
\n\t
• Conducting searches, ID checks, and compliance work
\n\t
• Supporting fee earners with caseload management through to post-completion
\n

\nRequirements

\n\t
• At least 12 months’ experience working in residential conveyancing (as a Paralegal or Assistant)
\n\t
• Good understanding of sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
\n\t
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
\n
