Are you an ambitious Residential Property Paralegal looking to grow your career with a well-established, CQS-accredited law firm? Our client, a 7-partner high street firm in Wallingford, has been providing high-quality legal advice to private and commercial clients for over 50 years.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Residential Property team with clear prospects of a Training Contract. You will work alongside an experienced team of solicitors and support staff on a diverse mix of residential conveyancing matters.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Property Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting fee earners with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release schemes, matrimonial conveyancing and lease work

\n
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents and property contracts

\n
• Liaising directly with clients, solicitors, lenders and other parties

\n
• Supporting the team in ensuring smooth exchanges and completions

\n
• Contributing to the growth and development of the Residential Property department

About You

We're looking for candidates who are:

\n
• Enthusiastic, friendly and client-focused

\n
• Have at least 1 year of residential conveyancing experience

\n
• Academically strong, ideally with good A-levels or equivalent

\n
• Ambitious, with a desire to develop into a Solicitor role / Training Contract

\n
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
