Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal – Leatherhead – Leading Law Firm

A Legal 500 law firm in Leatherhead is seeking an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing team in its brand new office. 

You will support experienced Property Solicitors and manage a small team of Paralegals doing the same on a wide range of high-quality work. 

Your responsibilities will include:

-          Collaborating and supporting your supervising solicitor on active caseloads 

-          General administrative duties including opening and closing files

-          Managing and mentoring a team of support staff

Typical matters you will work on include residential property transactions including:

-          Freehold and leasehold 

-          Sales and purchases 

-          Transfers of equity 

-          Right to buy 

To be considered, it is essential your background includes: 

-          2 years or more of experience in residential conveyancing matters within a UK private practice law firm 

-          Experienced managing a small team of support staff
