\nCrone Corkill is working on a rare opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a newly created position within the growing team of a well-established London Law firm in their Brighton office on a full-time office.
\nRenowned for its values-based approach & global reach advising on matters across the humanities & Media industries. The firm is committed to offering a high standard to its clientele whilst staying at the forefront of digital advances. They look after staff with many employees with the company over five years, hybrid working & career progression pathways for support staff.

\nThe Role
\nYou will join a supportive and expert team of property legal professionals who will support and train wherever needed.
\n
\nYour duties will include but are not limited to:

\n\t
• Liaising with the relevant stakeholders in a property transaction and keeping them updated
\n\t
• File Management from opening to post completion
\n\t
• Preparing court bundles
\n\t
• Document management/review
\n\t
• Client Billing
\n\t
• Legal research
\n\t
• Attending client meetings and completing the necessary administration
\n

\nAbout You
\nYou may have worked in a similar position in Residential Conveyancing for at least six months or are looking to develop your legal career fast by working in a small team with direct contact with Partners.
\nPrevious Legal support experience within Property Law
