About the Role:

Our client is seeking motivated Conveyancing Paralegals to join their vibrant team in Sunderland. In this permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their home buying and selling journey while collaborating with Conveyancers to create a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full assistance and support to Conveyancers on all transactional matters. Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure smooth communication. Maintain our case management system and progress key milestones. Issue sale contract packs and prepare sale reports. Obtain redemption statements and draught completion statements and invoices. Undertake relevant searches and prepare transfer deeds, SDLT, and tenancy declarations. Compile completion packs and manage calls to clients and third parties. Handle Conveyancer calls and visitors when they are unavailable. Perform any other administrative duties to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the transaction.
