Key Responsibilities Manage your own caseload of

residential property transactions , including both purchases and sales Draft and review legal documents such as missives, dispositions, and standard securities Carry out all relevant

title checks ,

property searches , and due diligence Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions smoothly

Key Requirements: Proven experience managing

residential conveyancing transactions Ability to work with minimal supervision Scottish conveyancing experience essential- (LLB or LLM in Scots Law)
