Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Glasgow – Office Based Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and client-focused legal firm? We are looking for a capable and motivated paralegal to join a busy Glasgow-based team, managing a broad range of conveyancing transactions and supporting senior fee earners.

Key Responsibilities: You’ll manage your own caseload supporint a Director and senior fee earners, including:

Handling the full life cycle of residential conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages, first registrations, and transfers of part Drafting legal documents including missives, title deeds, and LBTT returns Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers, and solicitors throughout transactions Conducting AML checks and assessing source of funds and wealth Attending to settlements and distribution of proceeds Registering title deeds with Registers of Scotland Ordering and reviewing title searches and property reports Supporting Directors and colleagues in business and property transactions Maintaining accurate case files and complying with Data Protection and regulatory standards Preparing regular reports to update Directors on caseload progress Providing team cover and support during holidays or absencesWhat We’re Looking For:
