Role | Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Salary | £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-regarded London law firm specialising in residential property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants to play a key part in delivering smooth property transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting fee earners on a wide range of residential property transactions.
• Preparing correspondence, contracts, and all necessary documentation.
• Supporting exchanges, completions, and related financial processes.
• Acting as a primary contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing supporting fee earners.
• Be confident using MS Office; experience with case management systems is a plus.
• Have excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Possess strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
