We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy and supportive property team. Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title Prepare and review legal documents including missives, dispositions and standard securities Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents Ensure compliance with Scottish property law and regulations Maintain accurate records using case management systems Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Scotland Strong knowledge of Sc...
