On behalf of our client, we are currently looking to recruit a full time conveyancing legal secretary to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Conveyancing secretary.

Duties of a conveyancing secretary will include

Preparing and amending legal documents

Maintaining efficient customer service

Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries

Providing administrative support, including scanning, filing, archiving

The Ideal candidate will have

Previous experience as a Conveyancing legal secretary

Confident telephone manner

High attention to detail
