The Role:
You'll handle a mix of residential and light commercial conveyancing, joining one of several busy, close-knit teams.
Work will include:

- Managing files from instruction through to completion (initially 10-15, building to 50-80)
- Sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages and small commercial transactions
- Liaising directly with clients, lenders, agents and colleagues to keep matters progressing smoothly
- Supervising or mentoring junior staff as your caseload grows
About You:
- \n
- Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ-5 PQE)
- Experienced across the full conveyancing lifecycle, not just one process stage
- Proactive, organised and confident handling your own workload
- Collaborative team player who values mentoring and being mentored
