Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive
Hastings East Sussex  (Full-Time, Permanent) Hybrid
An established and forward-thinking law firm in Hastings is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE who thrives in a busy, client-focused environment.

Role Highlights

• Manage a caseload of 25–30 new residential conveyancing files monthly
• Handle both freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
• Work on remortgages and transfers of equity
• Exposure to New Build and Shared Ownership work is desirable but not essential

About You

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with strong technical skills
• Is an excellent communicator, able to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
• Is commercially minded and confident supporting business development initiatives
• Brings a proactive and organised approach to workload management
