Key Responsibilities Residential & Commercial Conveyancing Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion. Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and land registrations. Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors. Ensure all legal and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.
