Conveyancing Solicitor Hybrid | Competitive Salary | London
We are working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential property specialist to take on high-quality work in a supportive environment, with excellent scope for progression.
The Role: You will manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, covering both leasehold and freehold transactions. You’ll be supported by a dedicated paralegal and will work closely with colleagues across the property team. The firm has invested heavily in technology, providing a modern case management system to streamline your work. In addition, you won’t be expected to generate new business, as there is a dedicated team in place to handle this, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering for your clients.
Key Responsibilities: Running a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions, including complex matters Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong working relationships with all parties Ensuring compliance with the latest residential property legislation, including the Building Safety Act 2022 Working collaboratively within a dynamic, high-performing team
Requirements: At least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing Strong track record of billing and managing a busy caseload independently Excellent knowledge of UK residential property law Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach High level of communication and client service skills Experience with HOOLA or LEAP is preferred
