An established law firm based in Hayling Island is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy property department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. There may also be a small amount of straightforward commercial property work involved in the role, ideally within the candidates existing experience or capability. Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions. Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and completion statements.
