Cook 1 (15/3590) Moffat Academy £Monday Friday Facilities Services (Catering) are looking for a Cook 1 (General Catering Assistant) that can assist the Catering Manager in the kitchen at Moffat Academy whilst carrying out the general catering tasks associated with the delivery of school meals. Baking / Light food preparation Dishwashing and General kitchen duties Clearing down and cleaning kitchens and staff rest areas Initial training will include Basic Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness. Kitchen experience is not necessary as full training will be given if required. This post is fixed term for up to 12 months. This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
