Job Title: Cook (Live-In Available)
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our catering team at a busy holiday park. This is a full-time, live-in opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering quality food to guests.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, maintaining food safety and hygiene, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with menu specifications and quality standards

Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times (in line with HACCP)

Assist with menu preparation and daily specials where required

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering

Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods

Adhere to all health & safety regulations

Skills & Experience Required 34 years experience in a Cook or similar kitchen role

Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong time management and organisational skills

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Salary & Benefits Salary: Mid to late £20,000s (dependent on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time

Cost: £229.01 per month

Utilities charged separately
