Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Developer specializing in Microsoft Copilot Studio to join a high-priority project for a period of 3 to 6 months. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent conversational agents and 'agentic' workflows within a secure enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the Power Platform and a proven track record of delivering generative AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise data and third-party APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Development: Design and configure complex conversational topics, trigger phrases, and multi-turn logic within Copilot Studio.

Integration: Use Power Automate to connect Copilot agents to back-end systems (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and REST APIs).

GenAI Configuration: Implement and fine-tune Generative AI features, including 'boosted conversations' and knowledge-base grounding (RAG).

Governance & Security: Ensure all solutions adhere to strict SC-cleared environment protocols, focusing on data residency and responsible AI principles.
