Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (Core Subjects) - Secondary Schools Lambeth 5 Days per Week

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work across welcoming and supportive secondary schools in Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving school environment that values staff development, inclusion, and student success.

The Role:

• Supporting students across core subjects (English, Maths, and/or Science)

• Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons

• Providing tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment

• Monitoring student progress and contributing to individual support plans

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting

• Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (English, Maths, or Science)

• A good understanding of SEN, including strategies to support diverse learning needs

• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach

• A degree (preferred but not essential)
