Corporate and Membership Sales Manager Location: the Role can be based at 1 or 2 sites near either Thetford or Lowestoft in East of England Salary: c £35,000 Neg + lovely company Benefits Job Type: Full-Time Sector: Visitor Attractions / Hospitality / Leisure Reports To: Sales and Marketing Director An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and commercially driven Corporate and Membership Sales Manager to join a leading organisation in the visitor attractions sector. This is a key role with responsibility for driving revenue growth through strategic membership sales , corporate partnerships , and B2B development . You'll lead the charge in developing compelling membership propositions, building lasting relationships with corporate clients, and identifying new commercial opportunities to support long-term growth and guest engagement. Key Responsibilities of the Corporate and Membership Sales Manager Membership Sales & Retention Develop and execute innovative strategies to grow membership sales and improve retention. Enhance the membership value proposition with exclusive events, offers, and experiences. Oversee the full membership journey - from acquisition through to renewal. Analyse member data and feedback to inform campaign development and customer engagement. Corporate Sales & Partnerships Identify, secure, and manage corporate partnerships, sponsorship, and B2B sales opportunities. Develop tailored packages including corporate memberships and employee benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and sponsors. Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful B2B campaigns. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth Set and manage ambitious revenue targets across memberships and corporate sales. Monitor financial performance and use data-driven insights to optimise pricing and promotions. Collaborate across departments to align commercial strategies with wider business goals. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Serve as a key point of contact for high-value members and corporate clients. Drive satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and regular engagement. Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the member and partner experience. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and support a small commercial team, instilling a high-performance, sales-focused culture. Provide coaching, development, and support to maximise team effectiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior leadership. About You 2+ years' experience in sales, business development, or membership management-ideally within leisure, attractions, or hospitality . Proven track record of delivering revenue growth across B2C and B2B channels. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Commercially astute with excellent analytical capabilities. Strong team leadership experience and a passion for customer engagement. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings to support events or client meetings. Why Apply?
