The Client

A leading UK law firm with a highly regarded Corporate Department. The team are regularly ranked in Tiers 1 and 2 across various niche areas from Private Equity to M&A.

They advise on a wide range of corporate transactions including private and public M&A, disposals, joint ventures, intra-group restructurings, cross-border transactions across numerous market sectors.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong transactional experience gained from a leading international or UK national firm.
• From a seniority perspective, the ideal would be circa 4-6 PQE but they are open to considering strong candidates outside of that range.
