The Team & Work

You’ll work as part of a collaborative corporate team handling a broad range of transactional and advisory matters. The client base is diverse and dynamic, including entrepreneurs, start-ups, scale-ups, and established SMEs.

Your work will include:

• Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
• Private equity transactions
• Fundraising matters
• Corporate structuring and restructuring advice
• General corporate advisory work
