An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate (2–5 years PQE) with a strong background in M&A to join a highly successful Corporate team in Leeds. You’ll be joining at a fantastic time, with a strong pipeline of high-profile transactions and complex corporate matters ready for you to get involved in.

What We’re Looking For


  • 2–5 years PQE in corporate law, with a focus on M&A (experience in private equity or equity capital markets is a plus).
  • Strong academic credentials and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience gained at a well-regarded national, international, or regional firm; exposure to cross-border matters is desirable.
  • A proactive mindset and the ambition to build lasting client relationships.
