The Corporate Commercial team is busy and looking to hire at least two further lawyers.

You will be advising on complex corporate transactions ranging from M&A, JVs and disposals to IP, brand management and data protection.

The team has been top ranked in the legal directories and continues to thrive.

ABOUT YOU

With 3-5PQE you will have good relevant corporate commercial experience gained at a well regarded regional or London based firm and be able to run transactions on your own.
