Service Care Legal are partnering with a well-regarded, family-owned legal practice who are recruiting a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to contribute to their ongoing growth and success. The firm offers potential for leadership and meaningful contribution to business development initiatives.

ROLE:                  Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
LOCATION:         Essex
SALARY:              £55,000 to £70,000
PQE:                     4 years’+

The Role

To handle a variety of corporate and commercial cases, advise clients on complex matters, and play a key role in driving the expansion of the practice area.
Handling a diverse range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, management buy-ins/outs, restructuring, and finance
Supporting initiatives to grow the commercial legal services
Working with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and KPIs
Engaging in business development activities to attract and retain clients
Candidate Profile

A qualified Solicitor with over 4 years’ PQE
Experience managing complex transactional corporate and commercial work
Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of client business needs
