Are you looking to make your first move into Corporate Finance from Audit? Our client, a Manchester-based mid-market advisory firm, is looking for a commercially sharp Corporate Finance Executive to join them.

Having had a strong year last year, they're looking to continue momentum and anticipate moving into 2026 significantly ahead of target.

The Role:

• Manage the full transaction life-cycle, working with entrepreneurs and owner-managed business on buy-side and sell-side deals.
• Prepare financial models and valuations
• Actively contribute to pitch meetings and develop client relationships
• Collaborate with the firms' other corporate finance service lines

Experience & Skills:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• A strong grasp of the corporate finance industry
• Experience gained within an audit role
• Commercially-minded with genuine curiosity
• Strong Excel and financial analysis
