Work directly with the Finance Director and engage with C-suite stakeholders across the group, driving financial planning, modelling, and strategic analysis. This role offers genuine exposure to senior decision-making, board-level reporting, and the opportunity to shape financial strategy across a dynamic, multi-entity business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting rolling forecasts, board reporting, and capital management Represent Finance in senior management forums and contribute to strategic business goals Prepare executive reporting packs, KPI dashboards, and board presentations for Group and subsidiary boards Lead staff cost budgeting, forecasting, and remuneration cycle modelling including scenario analysis Produce headcount reporting for senior leadership and Remuneration Committee Review management accounts, variance analysis, and provide commentary for Executive Committee Support capital modelling and financial management of underwriting vehicles Drive optimization of data flows and technology-enabled finance workflows
